Dream-Work

Everyone dreams. You may be one of those people who say that you "just can't dream". Science shows that your brain is active and alive while you are asleep. You may not remember your dreams, but you are dreaming.

You dream in your sleep. You may have day dreamed. You may have languished in a very creative dream while awake by choice. You see images in your minds "eye". You see colors, or you see in black and white, or you hear noises in your dreams, or even experience smells or kinesthetic (touch) in your dreams.

Dreams are a marvelous playground of creations. The sky is the limit on what happens in that part of our lives.

Many cultures relate to dreams in very specific ways. Some cultures use dreams as messages for the community/village. Others see dreams as warnings, premonitions, omens, etc. Some believe that dreams are a time when we travel to other realms or planes. Others see it as a vehicle or mechanism to "work out" unresolved issues from our daily lives. There are so many beliefs when it comes to the dream world.

Dreams are treasure chests of information that can be explored. Even nightmares have things to say if we are willing to take a peek and explore them.

I am a dreamer. I play in and WITH my dreams daily. I fear  and resist them from time to time, but am always aware that they exist and are available to me when I am ready.

I have had extensive training and practice in working with dreams and pulling information that is just waiting to be explored.  I invite you to look at them. You ultimately decide what your dreams mean and what you want to do with them. You will practice becoming more aware of your dreams and will learn ways to expand the knowledge for yourself by learning some skills and learning how to look at dreams if you let me join you. You may even learn to become more creative while unwinding and folding and unfolding the dream. The possibities are endless.

I will use my  training with dream work to support and help guide you. It might get messy, and it might be inspiring. You will never know until you give it a try.

Dreams are the fabric of our lives woven especially for us and by us.
